Description	QUALIFICATIONS: Hold an Ohio Department of Education Early Childhood Intervention Specialist PK-grade 3 or preschool special education endorsement, or be willing to obtain a supplemental license in this area. See the ODE website for licensure information: http://education.ohio.gov/Topics/Teaching/Educator-Licensure/Supplemental-License/Intervention-Specialist DESCRIPTION: Provide developmentally appropriate and differentiated instruction Implement preschool curriculum and adhere to preschool licensing regulations Ability to provide guidance and direction to paraprofessionals Work effectively as a team member with related service providers, co-teachers, and paraprofessionals Interact positively and professionally with students, families, and educators Utilize positive behavior supports and interventions with students CONTRACT: Per the 2024-25 school calendar, Teach half-day (AM) preschool class. An afternoon schedule as a Preschool Itinerant Teacher is available. DEADLINE: Until Filled SALARY: Per the adopted salary schedule based on training and experience BENEFITS: Paid sick leave and personal leave. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance are available. Membership in State Teachers Retirement System.
